The types of .mab file extensions are abook.mab, history.mab and impab.mab. The MAB file is a part of mork database.

• After that in Import and Export Window select the option Import from another program or file option and then click on Next button.
• Now select the Comma Separated Values option and then click on Next button.
• Now browse the CSV file which was exported from Mozilla Thunderbird and select the radio button Do Not Import Duplicate Items and click on Next button.
• After that select the desired folder where contacts are to be imported and click on Contacts and then click on Next button.
• Now in Import a File window select the Finish button and wait till all the Thunderbird contacts are imported into desired account.
• After that, the Thunderbird contacts will be imported successfully. Now follow the below steps to import Mozilla Address Book to Office 365.

Limitations of Manual Methods
